I have acted for both individual clients and local authorities as an expert witness, submitting written and oral evidence before both the civil and criminal courts and the Planning Inspectorate in England and the Isle of Man.
I am experienced in the role of both single and jointly appointed arboricultural expert witness and the preparation of expert reports compliant with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.
